Our History
JDH Construction Inc. was formed in 2007 by Jack Hollinsworth. Jack has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. He has years of experience in the construction industry going back to 1990 when he started working for Kyburz-Carlson Construction. During his 17 1/2 years of employment with Kyburz-Carlson, he was involved in almost every project; from day-to-day operations, project manager, major and minor estimating, negotiating and job scheduling. The goal was to always provide owners with a final product they were happy with, meet their budget and time schedule. In 2004, he became the Vice President and Manager of Operations.
In September of 2007, Jack felt it was time to pursue his vision and dream of starting his own business. Knowing the market’s stability and growth in the community, he knew it was the perfect time to start his business.

Jack Hollinsworth
President / Owner / Project Manager / Estimator
Jack has a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University. With his wealth of knowledge and experience, he will guarantee that his customers’ needs are well taken care of to get the final project completed on-time and within budget.
Jack is very much involved with all of our projects. Steve Huettl

Steve keeps the job on track, ensuring all aspects are completed on time and correctly. He is a perfectionist willing to go the extra mile. Some of Steve’s projects that he’s been involved with recently are: Mobridge Gas N Goodies and Mobridge Regional Hospital Expansion.
Anthony Hansen
Superintendent
Anthony has worked in the construction industry since he was in high school working with his grandpa at Kyburz Construction. He joined the JDH team when Jack started the new company. His recent projects include: Webster School Addition & Remodel, Aberdeen Area Humane Society Building, Kessler’s Holiday Station and Banner Engineering Addition to name a few.
