It was a pleasure to work with you and your company on our recent production room addition. Your rapid response, attention to detail and full cooperation were a key part in completing this project in a very tight 25-day time frame from start to finish. Your construction team met all of our safety requirements while working in our facility and the results met all of our expectations.

Early in 2021, it was apparent that Banner Engineering needed to increase its manufacturing footprint in the USA. We looked at the USA locations and choose Aberdeen for several factors, one being our ability to have the General Contractor, JDH Construction, complete the 45,000 sq ft addition in a very short period. During the initial bid process, Banner requested a 30,000 sq ft add to the existing building. Within a week of the original bid, Banner asked to increase the addition to 45,000 sq ft. JDH was able to pivot working with several subcontractors to get the additional materials ordered. This was not a small task as all construction material is in high demand and hard to obtain. JDH met with Banner on a weekly basis to address progress of the project and any concerns. We met during the entire project. We do think this weekly interaction by JDH, the subcontractors and Banner made for a very successful and a "no surprise" project. Banner gave JDH a very aggressive completion schedule and the timeline was met.

We recently had the privilege of working with JDH Construction on the Dickey County Courthouse Lower Level Renovation project in Ellendale, ND. We found Jack Hollinsworth and his foreman, Steve Huettl, great to work with. It was a pleasure working with the supporting office staff as well. From the start, Jack and Steve were personally involved in day-to-day communication and coordination and we quickly realized that they both were genuinely committed to doing a good job and wanting to provide the very best final outcome for the project. One important appreciable attribute of JDH Construction, was their willingness to work through construction issues and manage construction cost. They offered ideas and suggestions, were well organized and were sensitive to the project budget. We would not hesitate to work with JDH Construction on future projects.

It is my privilege to recommend JDH Construction with Jack Hollinsworth and his crew for any construction job. We added on and remodeled our current building in 2009 - tying the old building (a 100+ year old railroad depot) into a modern one was quite a project but JDH did an amazing job. Our process started with interviewing several contractors. With his expertise and our knowledge of he community, JDH Construction was a clear choice. Once that decision was made, the communication from JDH became evident immediately.

Jack is always approachable via phone, email or text and puts his customers first. His foreman, Mark Papstein, was also approachable and communicated regularly with any concerns, questions or changes. The work ethic displayed by the entire crew was top notch. All were very professional, on time and considerate of our staff and members as well. One final item that we greatly appreciated, was the ability to follow up after the project was completed. Whether it was a small nail appearing through paint or anything else, they were prompt in looking at and fixing the item. In closing, JDH Construction receives my highest recommendation without reservation.
